We offer multiple ways to get help with CalSync:

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is CalSync?

CalSync is a scheduling automation SaaS that integrates with Google Calendar and Zoom. It allows you to create booking pages, manage appointments, and automate meeting creation with Zoom links.

Q: How do I connect my Zoom account?

After logging in, go to Settings and click Connect Zoom. You will be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Once authorized, CalSync will automatically generate Zoom meeting links for your bookings.

Q: How do I add CalSync to my Zoom account?

Visit the CalSync page on Zoom App Marketplace and click Add. You will be prompted to authorize the app. Once added, CalSync can create Zoom meetings on your behalf. For detailed steps, see our Documentation.

Q: How do I remove CalSync from my Zoom account?

You can remove CalSync at any time by visiting Zoom Marketplace > Installed Apps and clicking Remove next to CalSync. Alternatively, go to CalSync Settings and click Disconnect Zoom. For detailed steps, see our Documentation.

Q: What data does CalSync access from Zoom?

CalSync requests the following Zoom permissions: meeting:write:meeting (to create meetings) and meeting:read:meeting (to read meeting details). CalSync does not access your Zoom contacts, recordings, or other personal data.

Q: Is my data secure?

Yes. CalSync uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for all data in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Q: What are the available plans?

CalSync offers three plans:

Free1 booking page, basic features
Basic¥1,500/month – 5 booking pages, Zoom integration, email reminders
Premium¥3,000/month – Unlimited pages, team management, seminars, SMS reminders, priority support

Q: I'm having trouble with the Zoom OAuth authorization. What should I do?

If you encounter an error during Zoom authorization (e.g., error code 4700), please try the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
  2. Make sure you are logged in to the correct Zoom account.
  3. Try using a different browser or incognito/private mode.
  4. If the issue persists, contact us at support@calsync.site.
